Thomas “TC” Calloway

President A2CX Management LLC and AccuParts inc, Thomas “TC” Calloway is a 30+ year veteran of the automotive industry with extensive experience in the aftersales space. Tom previously served 23 years with AutoNation Inc. in multiple executive roles within aftersales-customer care, service and parts retail operations, supply chain, parts wholesale, and collision operations.

Most recently serving as President of ACP Auto Parts (a subsidiary of AutoNation Inc) and Corp Vice President – Parts Wholesale & Supply Chain Operations. Working with world-class firms (McKinsey & Company, AlixPartners, PwC, Crowe LLP, Dealer Solutions Inc., Summit Consulting Inc., Protiviti) OEs (GM, FMC, FCA, TMC, SET, GST, NNA, HMA, BMWNA, MBUSA, Audi NA), Manufacturers, Suppliers and 3PAs. Also, serving on CYTK Board of Advisors and The Baum Foundation Board of Directors.

Director- Business Operations

Russ brings broad corporate experience to AccuParts with over 25 years of experience in sales, account management, and business operations across multiple industries. He spent the first 18 years of his career in the Consumer Electronics and Retail Execution sectors working with the largest retailers in the country in various capacities. Since that time Russ pursued leadership opportunities in Biotech and Direct Import holding various C-Suite positions focused on Operations, Strategic Planning, and Business Development while helping several of those organizations scale from start up to fully operational businesses.

Ron Resnick

Director- Field Operations

Ron Resnick has over 40 years of leadership experience in automotive parts department operations for large import and luxury brands successfully growing and improving their performance. In addition, Ron has vast experience in leading parts and wholesale strategic initiatives for American Honda, Mercedes Benz USA, and AutoNation, Inc. He has personally conducted more than 100 inventory counts and is well versed in many auto dealership DMS systems.
